Data controller

lerp is currently an independent software team without a legal entity. Under KVKK the data controller is Muhammet Emin V. (a natural person). You can reach us at hello@lerp.cloud with any question or request.

What this notice covers

It covers lerp.cloud and the mobile, desktop and web apps published under the lerp name on the App Store, Google Play or other channels. If an app handles data differently from what is described here, the difference is stated on that app's store page and inside the app.

What data we handle

The website. The site has no accounts, forms, analytics or ads. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps technical logs such as IP address, browser details and request time for a short period, for security and to keep the site running.

When you write to us. If you email us: your name, your email address and the content of your message.

Apps. Depending on the app, some of the following may be handled:

• Data the app needs to work (for example your settings and progress).
• Crash reports and usage statistics. We collect these with a device or app identifier, in a way that does not directly identify you.
• In-app purchases. Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details, only that the purchase happened.
• In apps that show ads, the ad provider may use your device's advertising ID. We ask for your permission before showing personalised ads; if you say no, you only see non-personalised ads.

Some of our apps send no data to a server at all; content and settings stay only on your device.

Why we handle it and on what legal basis

• To provide the site and apps and keep them working: entering into and performing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• To keep things secure, find and fix bugs and improve our products: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• To answer the messages you send us: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• To meet legal obligations: legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).
• Personalised ads: only with your explicit consent (art. 5/1). You can withdraw consent at any time in the app's settings.

Data is collected automatically when you use the site or an app, and directly from you when you write to us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only as far as needed with providers that help us run the service: hosting (Cloudflare), email infrastructure, app stores (Apple, Google) and the crash reporting, analytics or ad services used in an app. We may also share it with the competent public authorities when the law requires it.

Transfers abroad

Some of these providers have servers outside Turkey, so your data may be transferred abroad. We make such transfers on the basis of the safeguards set out in KVKK art. 9.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as its purpose requires. We keep email correspondence for at most two years. Technical logs are limited to the short periods set by our providers. When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

lerp.cloud does not use cookies. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site from malicious traffic; these are not used to identify you.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you notice that we have, write to us and we will delete it right away.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask to:

• find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, get information about it,
• find out the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know who it has been transferred to, in Turkey or abroad,
• have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong,
• have it deleted or destroyed,
• have corrections and deletions passed on to those it was transferred to,
• object to an outcome against you that results only from automated analysis,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. If there is an important change, we announce it on this page and in the relevant app. The latest version is always at this address.
